Job Details:

• Position: Civil Engineer – Contract Management
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering + NICMAR
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Follow WhatsApp Channel

• Responsible for Contract Management and Post-Award Contract Administration.
• Coordinate with project teams and departments on contractual conditions.
• Interpret contractual terms and prepare Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD).
• Monitor and respond to project correspondences in line with contract clauses.
• Maintain detailed records of communications, reports, and data.
• Handle variation/change of scope, and prepare claims (EOT, cost claims, etc.).
• Participate in meetings regarding claims, disputes, and contract discussions.
• Draft documents for arbitration, conciliation, and legal processes.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Track subcontractor progress as per contract milestones and cash flows.
• Identify disputes and create event delay lists and claim statements.
• Maintain an event calendar and factual records for dispute resolution.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to quickly analyze and act on key contractual information
