• Project Type: Greenfield Semiconductor EPC Project

1. Manager – Planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6)
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement & Construction teams to ensure timelines
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management
• Identify delays and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with timelines, cost control, and quality standards

2. Manager – Billing

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & verify subcontractor/vendor bills
• Ensure compliance with contracts and work orders
• Coordinate with site teams for quantity measurement and validation
• Maintain billing documentation and support audits
• Assist in cost reporting and budget tracking
