1. Team Leader cum Project Management Expert
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Master’s/PG Diploma in Construction/Project Management / MBA. PMP/Prince 2 preferred. 20 years total experience with 15 years in construction / infrastructure and 5 years as Team Lead in project management and Supervision.
2. Architect
- Master’s in Planning/Architecture with Graduation in Architecture, registered with Council of Architecture, 10 Years Experience in multi-storied RCC buildings, MLCPs, Malls.
3. Structural Design Engineer (Building)
- Graduate in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Structural Engineering, 10 years experience in building design with STAAD Pro, ETABS/MIDAS.
4. Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Civil Engineering 10 years experience in quantity surveying, BOQ Preparation, billing, variation CAD Proficiency, and Knowledge of digital survey equipment.
5. Quality Control (QC) Engineer
- Graduate in any discipline with certification/PG Diploma in Quality Management, 10 years experience in quality control and assurance for construction Supervion.
6. Electrical Engineer
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering, 10 years experience in supervion and construction at electrical systems, Plants and utilities.
7. Public Health Engineer
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, 10 years experience in design and or execution of water supply, Sanitation & Sewerage Project.
