Open Positions for Utility Monopoles & High Mast
- Design Engineer

Candidate Profile:
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Structural / Mechanical is required
- 2-15 years experience in steel monopoles, high mast poles, transmission towers, or heavy steel fabrication.
- STAAD, Pro, AutoCAD, PLS Pole, PLS Tower, PLS CADD proficient.
- Strong knowledge of wind load analysis & Structural design codes
Location: Matar (Near Vadodara) & Gujarat / PAN India (as per business requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Structural design expertise in utility monopoles high mast poles & steel structures.
- Prepare, review, and approve GA & fabrication draiwngs
- Optimize designs for structural safety, cost efficiency & manufacturability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of design engineers & Draftsman.
- Coordinate closely with sales, production & project teams.
