1. Manager/Engineer

• Department: Execution, Billing, Planning, EHS, QA/QC, Formwork
• Experience: 3 to 15 years
• Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical)
• Project Location: Sanand / Bhopal / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Coordination: Experience in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring timely progress and Coordination among teams.
• Billing & Cost Management: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and client billing procedures.
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in tools like MS Project on Primavera for effective project timelines.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Knowledge of QA/QC processes, including inspection and test plans, and Adherence to quality standards.
• EHS: Understanding of EHS protocols, risk assessment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Formwork: Technical expertise in system, modular & monolithic formwork.
