Designation: Executive – SAP Payroll
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll and MS Excel is Mandatory.
- Execute end-to-end salary processing in SAP
Job Description:
Execute end-to-end salary processing in SAP, including validation of inputs such as attendance, leaves, loans, and dedications. Manage salary release and posting to finance modules, ensuring accurate integration with the general ledger. Administer and maintain salary deductions including PF, ESI, TDS, professionals tax, loans and and advances. Manage loan processing including disbursement, EMI setup, and closure through SAP, Handle negative attendance, Oversee level processing and encashment, Level Without Pay (LWT). Process hiring transactions, onboarding enteries, and ensure seamless integration with payroll. Handle Full & Final settlements, including notice Period pay, leave encashment and statutory dues for exciting employees. Use SAP OM (Organizational Management) to create new positions, and update reporting structures.
