Job Role
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource-loaded construction plans.
- Develop detailed planning strategies for project execution.
Project Monitoring
- Monitor project progress regularly.
- Update schedules and planning reports on a regular basis.
Delay Analysis
- Identify delays in project execution.
- Recommend corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders.
Planning Reports
- Prepare and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Generate progress reports for management review.
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project planning records and documentation.
Claims & EOT Support
- Assist in project claims.
- Support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and documentation.
Requirements
1. Educational Qualification
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
2. Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- Experience in National Highways, Road Projects, or Airport Projects is preferred.
3. Software Knowledge
- Primavera P6
- MS Project
4. Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Project planning and scheduling expertise
