Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Salary Range: ₹4-7 LPA + Perks & Benefits
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end on boarding and off boarding processes.
- Coordinate pre-and post-Background Verification (BGV) for new hires.
- Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, tranfer letters, and other official communication.
- Maintain and update employee database and HR records. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless HR operations.
