1. General Manager (Projects)

• Open Positions: 2
• Education: B. Tech/M. Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Follow WhatsApp Channel

• Coordination with client, contractors for smooth operation of Projects.
• Monitoring of consultancy agreements along with progress reviews at all level.
• Supervision of Project Contracts and provide guidance to the team to act as per Contract Adherence.
• Proof checking, Sch-H/G approval, SPS/IPC reviews, COS and Royalty Calculation.
• Provide support to the project team, Design review coordination with client, contractor & concessionaire for resolution of project’s issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant design & drawing submission through contractor as per contract Agreement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams/stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
• Liaise with client for timely realization of bills.
• Act as a Leader, to lead a team of professionals in assigned cluster.

2. Site Coordinator (Environment Impact Assessment)

• Open Positions: 2
• Education: Diploma (Civil) / Science Graduate
• Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety norms, and regulations.
• Efficiently manage site logistics, resources, and timelines.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and site challenges.

Required Technical Skills:

• Understanding of construction drawings and plans.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and legal regulations.
• Familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD.

Required Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Effective time and resource management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

3. Sr. Engineer (Contracts & Planning)

• Education: B. Tech (Civil)/ PGP – Contracts Mgmt.
• Experience: 5-10 years of Highway Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and assist Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely project delivery of Highway Projects on EPC/HAM mode.
• Drafting, review, negotiation of confidential joint venture & PMC contracts.
• Project monitoring and preparation of Project Progress reports.
• Support project team and coordination of contracts elements during construction phases.
• Supervision of Contractor’s work execution progress by visiting sites as required by business.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications of contract Agreement.
• Prepare schedules plans for project executions and review them.

4. Engineer (Bridge Design)

• Open Positions: 1
• Education: B. Tech (Civil)/ M. Tech (Structure)
• Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of design and analysis of structure for highway infrastructure projects.
• Act as interphase between client and independent designers structural calculations and drawings.
• Support the supervision and coordination of bridge design elements during construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications in structural designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
• Review design documents, perform structural modeling, and assist in quality assurance processes.
• Propose mitigation plans for structural design glitches.
• Reconciliation of Hydrology & Geotech related issues.
