Job Details:
- Designation: Sr. Engineer – MEP -PMC
- Qualification: B.Tech Only
- Location: Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities :
- Design Review & Coordination: Reviews MEP design drawings and documents for compliance with technical requirements, safety codes, and functional needs.
- Quality & Technical Evaluation: Assesses MEP material and requirement submittals for technical compliance.
- Construction Monitoring: Supervise on-site MEP installation work on ensure quality and adherence to schedule resolves technical queries and monitors daily progress.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Conducts inspections, snagging, and ensures rectification of defects.
- Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Compliance Ensures all MEP activities comply with safety regulations and HSE requirements om site.
- Testing, Commissioning & Handover Monitors pre-commissiomg and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
- Ensures smooth handover with proper documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built draiwngs, and warranties.
- Good knowledge of MEP Site Activities
- Mechanical: HVAC, pumps, pressurization unit’s, exhaust systems.
- Electrical: Power distribution, lighting, earthing, UPS, generators.
- Plumbing: Water Supply drainage, sewage treatment.
- Fire Fighting: Sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, extinguishers.
- ELV Systems: BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address systems.
