1. Project Manager

• Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE with 15 years and above Experience in Construction of High Rise Residential & Commercial Building with MIVAN shuttering, knowledge of Auto CAD, PPT, Planning and Monitoring, Cash Flow, MIS, MEP and Co-ordination.

2. Jr/Sr. Safety Officer/Engineer

• Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in fire & safety, I.O.S.H, ADIS with, Min. 5-10 years with Relevant Experience in real estate High Rise building & Residential Building.

3. Sr. Engineer (Civil)

• Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE with 10-12 years experience in Execution of High Rise Residential & Commercial Building, knowledge of Estimation, Budgeting, Layout of Building, Quantity survey, MIVAN knowledge is must.

4. Jr. Engineer

• Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE with 2 years and above of Experience in Construction, study of Drawing and Billing.

5. RCC/Finishing Supervisor

• Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with minimum 5 or more years experience in residential finishing work.

6. Store Keeper

7. QA/QC Sr. and Jr. Engineer

• Eligibility Criteria: Sr. Engineer with 10 years experience And Jr. Engineer 5+ years experience, Knowledge of IS Codes and quality standards for site Execution.

8. Plant and Machinery Jr. Engineer

• Eligibility Criteria: BE/DCE with 3-5 years experience in maintenance of Concrete Batching Plant, Tower Crane, Concrete Pump and Transit Mixtures etc.

9. Jr. Architect

• Eligibility Criteria: 4+ years experience in study of Drawings Detailing, Estimating and Knowledge of Finishing materials.

10. MEP Sr./Jr. Engineer 

• Eligibility Criteria: Sr./Jr Engineers Degree in Electrical or Mechanical and knowledge of Commercial and Residential Bldg MEP work z High Rise Building’s Experience will be preferred.

11. Project Coordinator

• Eligibility Criteria: BE Civil, with 10+ years experience in Coordination with project Team, Architect and Consultant, Good Communication Skills and Presentation, Proactive and Excellent knowledge in Construction of High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings.

12. Laisioning Officer

• Eligibility Criteria: Min. 8 years, Male Candidates for Liasoning work with good knowledge of SRA, MHADA, BMC, etc. able interact with government bodies, Fluent in English and Marathi.

13. Advocate

• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10 years, Legal Drafting, Legal Research, preparing briefs and giving briefs, having good command over English / Marathi.

14. Legal Assistant

• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 5 years experience, Drafting exp. In English and Marathi Mandatory.

15. Site Administrator

• Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience in managing paperwork, Goverment authorities, safety and compliance regulations.

16. Personal Assistant to Chairman

• Eligibility Criteria: 5 to 8 years of Relevant Experience in Managing Appointment, corresponding, make travel arrangements, Point of Contact between Executives and other stakeholders.

17. Receptionist Cum Office Assistant

• Eligibility Criteria: Experience Female Candidate for Managing Front Office & Visitors.
