Recruitment Experience Must:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / virtual Interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate Interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offers.
• Support onboarding timelines and hiring targets are met.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals ( constructionjobfind, LinkedIn, etc)
