– Conducting and overseeing SKID based operations.
– Documentation and management of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
– Performing leak tests and SKID operations.
– Managing autoclave and lyophilization operations.
– Handling isolator and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) based filling areas.
– Exposure to Quality Management System (QMS) activities.

✓ Key Responsibilities
– Handling and compliance of compression, coating, and granulation machines and equipment such as GEA, Cadmach, Fette, Korsch, coaters, Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Equipment (FBE), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), etc.
– Documentation and maintenance of BMR and log books.
– Conducting breakdown and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities, and qualification of equipment.
– Managing electrical systems, HVAC, utilities, and water systems.
– Performing machine maintenance and managing BMS/engineering QMS.
– Handling PLC/SCADA systems and instrumentation.
– Managing change control, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), deviations, investigations, and audit management.
– Issuance and retrieval of GMP documents, QMS, and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
– Working with SAP, Trackwise, and other related software.
– Reviewing BMR/BPR and process validation reports, in-process testing, sampling, and line clearance.
– Handling Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), Out of Calibration (OOC) and laboratory events, and reviewing associated data.
– Working with HPLC, dissolution, GC, and other instruments for Analytical Method Validation (AMV), Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Product (FP) analysis and calibration.
– Managing QMS-related activities and working with various instruments/software like Empower 3, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and other software.
