B- Open Positions

1. CNC Machine Operator

• Location: Bangalore
• Qualification & Experience.
• Diploma with 2-5 years of experience
• Hands-on experience in handling CNC/VMC (3 axis & 5 axis) machines
• Experience with controllers like Siemens, Eckellmann, Super control, Fanuc, etc.

2. CNC Programmer

• Location: Bangalore
• Qualification & Experience.
• Diploma (5-10 years) or BE/B Tech (2-6 years)
• Experience with NC Programming in Catia, NX, Vericut
• Knowledge of raw material estimation, APQP document creation, GD&T, and aerospace materials

3. Operator Assembly

• Location: Hyderabad
• Qualification & Experience.
• ITI – Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
• 3-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of aerostructure assembly, drilling, reaming, riveting, and fastener installation

C- Key Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of CNC Machines: OEE, Poka Yoke, RCCA, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
• NC Programming: Process sheet creation, cutting tool knowledge, 3/4/5 axis machining
• Assembly Operations: Familiar with engineering drawings, hand tools, and cutting tools
