Open Positions – Solar Projects
1. Sr. Manager / AGM – Execution (6 Positions)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Responsible for overseeing execution of solar projects
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
2. Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – Project Planning (8 Positions)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Planning and execution phases of solar energy projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, and stakeholders
3. Manager / Sr. Manager – Liaisoning / Land Aggregator (4 Positions)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Civil, or Survey Engineering
- Manage liaisoning with government departments and regulatory authorities
- Obtain statutory approvals, permits, and clearances
- Identify, acquire, and consolidate land suitable for solar projects
4. Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – Execution (18 Positions)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Provide on-site technical guidance
- Resolve execution-related issues
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
5. Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor – Execution (60 Positions)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI – Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Execute solar energy projects and manage site activities
- Supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical installations
- Manage daily work schedules and subcontractors
- Resolve field-level conflicts
6. Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Quality (6 Positions)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Civil, or Survey Engineering
- Ensure solar products and installations meet quality standards
- Conduct inspections
- Create and maintain standard work instructions
- Maintain quality documentation
7. Officer / Sr. Officer – Safety (6 Positions)
Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma Fire & Safety / ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Identify hazards and conduct safety training
8. Store Assistant / Store In-Charge (10 Positions)
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Manage material handling and inventory at solar project sites
- Coordinate with procurement teams
- Maintain inventory records using ERP or inventory systems
