Position: AGM/DGM – Quality Assurance & Control
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred specialization in Construction / Structural Engineering)
Experience:
- Minimum 12-18 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Control, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
Industry Preference:
- Real Estate, Infrastructure, or High-Rise Residential Projects with hands on experience in MIVAN formwork technology.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and Mivan Technology.
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Analytical,detail-eriebted, and proactive in problem – solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Zero major quality deviations in projects.
- Reduction in rework and defects.
- Compliance rate with internal / external quality standards.
- Effectiveness of training and awareness programs.
