Job Details
- Role: Billing Engineer / Senior Engineer
- Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (SAP knowledge is must)
- Education Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
- Project Location: PEB Project – Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete billing lifecycle at project sites, ensuring timely and accurate generation, validation, and submission of client and subcontractor invoices as per project progress and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to standardize billing formats, procedures, and documentation across sites.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives in billing processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Act as the senior point of contact for client and vendor billing-related queries, disputes, and escalations.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to address contractual billing challenges and interpretations.
- Establish and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies, contract obligations, and audit requirements.
- Monitor billing performance KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop billing engineers and executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
