• Experience: 5 to 20 years in RCC/Finishing Work

B- QS & Billing:

1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer / Engineer – QS & Billing / BBS

• Qualification: B.E./Diploma (Civil)
• Experience: 5 to 15 years in QS & Billing/BBS

C- Planning:

1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Planning

• Qualification: B.E. (Civil) + PGP (NICMAR)
• Experience: 5 to 15 years in Planning

D- QA/QC:

1. Manager/Senior Engineer/Engineer – QA/QC

• Qualification: BE/Diploma (Civil)
• Experience: 5 to 15 years in QA/QC

2. Lab Technician – QA/QC

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in building work

E- HSE:

1. Assistant Manager/Officer – HSE

• Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with ADIS or PDIS
• Experience: 8+ years in building work

2. Supervisor – HSE

• Qualification: Graduate/Under Graduate
• Experience: 5 years in safety supervising

F- Plant & Machinery:

1. Manager/Sr. Engineer – Plant & Machinery

• Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience: 5 to 20 years in building work and batching plant

2. Foreman – Plant & Machinery

• Qualification: ITI/Experienced
• Experience: 8 years in maintenance

3. Electricians/Tower Crane Operators/Signalmen

• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience
