• Experience: 10-12 years in vendor and site contractor management (high-rise residential)

3. Estimation Manager

• Experience: 8+ years in quantity take-off, BOQ, budgeting & ERP, Must have experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Location: Pune

4. Site Supervisor

• Experience: 5+ years in real estate execution and labor management.
• Location: Pune

5. Architect

• Experience: 7-8 years in high-rise residential design, layout planning & Coordination.
• Tools: AutoCAD & Other design tools.
• Location: Pune

6. Safety Officer

• Experience: 4+ years in construction safety protocols and documentation.

7. Safety Manager
