▫️Engineering & Technical Roles:

1. Jr. Quality Engineer – 1 No

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi
• Requirement: Real estate developer firm experience: high-rise residential projects using a Mivan/conventional systems.

2. Sr. Quality Engineer – 02 No’s 

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years
• Location: Akurdi, Punawale
• Requirement: Strong QC background in High-rise Mivan/conventional construction

3. Site Supervisor – 05 No’s 

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years
• Location: Akurdi, Punawale
• Requirement: On-site Supervision in real estate developer firms; knowledge of Mivan / conventional systems.

4. Senior Engineer – 03 No’s 

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years
• Location: Akurdi, Punawale
• Requirement: Site execution in high-rise residential projects, Mivan/conventional formwork.

5. Junior Engineer – 04 No’s 

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi, Punawale
• Requirement: Execution -level role in high-rise projects within real estate firms.

6. Safety Officer – 02 No’s 

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi, Punawale
• Requirement: Construction safety experience in High-rise real estate projects.

7. MEP Engineer – 01 No

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi
• Requirement: Experience in MEP systems in residential towers.

8. Electrican – 02 No’s

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi, Punawale
• Requirement: Electrical works in high-rise residential buildings.

9. Mivan Shuttering Technician

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi
• Requirement: Skilled in Mivan Shuttering works on real estate projects.

10. Weighbridge Operator – 01 No

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Punawale
• Requirement: On-site weighbridge operation

11. Project Manager – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 12+ years
• Location: Pune
• Requirement: End-to-end management of high-rise residential construction in a real estate developer firm.

▫️Corporate & Support Roles:

1. Architect – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 4 to 8 years
• Location: Shivajinagar (HO)
• Requirement: High-rise residential design, experience with Mivan/conventional systems.

2. Billing Executive – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Shivajinagar (HO)
• Requirement: Real estate building and documentation experience

3. Luxury Sales Executive – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years
• Location: Akurdi
• Requirement: Sales experience luxury segment, preferably residential high-rise within real estate firms.

4. Store Assistant – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years

• Requirement: Inventory/store handling at site in real estate projects

• Experience: Fresher
• Location: Punawale
• Requirement: Presentable, fluent English, Hindi & Marathi, real estate experience not required.

▫️Estimation & Contracts Roles:

1. Jr. Estimation Engineer – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Shivajinagar (HO)
• Requirement: BOQ, quantity take-off estimation in residential projects

2. Sr. Estimation Engineer – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum  5+ years
• Location: Shivajinagar (HO)
• Requirement: Electrical works in High-rise residential buildings

3. Jr. Contract Engineer – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years
• Location: Shivajinagar (HO)
• Requirement: Contract documentation, billing coordination

4. Sr. Contract Engineer – 01 No 

• Experience: Minimum  5+ years
• Location: Shivajinagar (HO)
• Requirement: Senior level contract & billing management in real estate projects.

▪️Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in a real estate developer firm
• Experience in residential high-rise buildings
