Position: Contracts Manager
- Level / Grade Range: AGM/ DGM
- Location: Mumbai
Major Responsibilities function of this position:
- Drafting of pre-bid documents like MOU, Term sheets, contract Agreement NDA etc.
- Negotiation with clients and finalization of Contract Terms.
- Oversee the Contract Administration and ensure contractual compliance.
- Prepration of Extension of Time (EOT) applications and handle delay management.
- Claims preparation.
Work experience, special training and / or level of education necessary for this position:
- Min. 15-20 years particularly in process -oriented projects.
- Experience in Middle East will be preferred.
- BE Civil / Mech with PG in Construction Management
Competencies required for the job:
- Knowledge: FIDIC and all other related documents pertaining to process industry.
- Cross functional Competence requirement: Having hands-on knowledge in project planning and Business development
- Skills: Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Behaviour: Leadership qualities.
