1. Senior Technician – Paint Shop
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: 4 to 6 years (Automobile or Aerospace)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, masking, chemical stripping) on aircraft/components.
- Apply primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings (e.g., anti-corrosive, camouflage) using spray equipment.
- Mix paint materials and match colors per manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Operate spray guns, sanding equipment, and protective gear.
2. Supervisor – Production
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
- Experience: 6 to 8 years (Aerospace/Aviation industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production and ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide technical guidance on mechanical tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless product delivery.
- Manage and lead production teams effectively.
