Location: Noida
Project Experience: Grade A commercial projects
Qualification: BE Civil (10+ years)
Skills: Experience in project execution, resources management and technical supervision with strong client, stakeholders, and team coordination skills. Prior experience in Project Management Consultancy companies is essential.

2. Planning Engineer

Location: Noida
Project Experience: Grade A commercial projects
Qualification: BE Civil (6-8 years)
Skills: Proficient in construction scheduling using MSP and progress monitoring with strong expertise in issues resolution, reporting, and coordination. Experienced in working with reputed PMC companies to ensure efficient project delivery.

3. Billing Engineer

Location: Noida
Project Experience: Grade A commercial projects
Qualification: BE Civil (8-10 years)
Skills: Lead and coordinate joint measurement activities, manage project costs post -Contract, Maintain detailed records of non-tender, ensuring compliance, Regularly report on actual vs budgeted costs, Procurement Support, Stakeholder Communication.

3. Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Degree with MBA in Marketing & Sales (13+ years)
Skills: Should have experience in B2B client interaction, business Development, and market research in the construction industry. Skilled in clints acquisition, relationship management and identifying growth opportunities, Sourcing private & government tenders.
