5- Roles and ResponsibilitiesA- Plan day-to-day activities and monitor project progress according to schedule.
B- Assist the Project Manager in planning and implementing the project.
C- Plan, execute, and ensure the project is completed as per the schedule.
D- Conduct fortnightly meetings with contractors to discuss progress.
E- Monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on-site.
F- Coordinate with the Design Management department for drawings and clarifications.
G- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues.
H- Mobilize required resources effectively.
I- Conduct quality reviews and inspections to identify and resolve deficiencies.
J- Study civil and MEP drawings quickly and efficiently.
K- Capable of reading and interpreting drawings accurately and raising RFIs promptly.
6- Job SpecificationsA- Coordinate with the design team to ensure that structural design meets project requirements, standards, and regulatory specifications.
B- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
