1. General Manager – Irrigation

• Vacancy: 01
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 12+ years
• Location: Balewadi, Pune

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 12-15 years of experience in irrigation projects (canals, pipelines, lift irrigation, etc) Proven ability to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and timelines Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management tools, and site operations with a focus on quality and safety stakeholder coordination skills Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCad, and ERP systems is an advantage.

2. General Manager – Buildings

• Vacancy: 01
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 12+ years
• Location: Balewadi, Pune

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; MBA/PMP/RICS preferred 12+ years of experience in commercial residential, or industrial projects, with 5+ years in leadership roles Proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams, project budgets, timelines and compliance standards Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations Proficient in project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
