1. Deputy Planning Manager / Planning Manager (Civil / MEP / Facade)
- Experience: 15 to 20 years
- Proven expertise in high-rise buildings (exceeding 1 million sq. ft.) and villa projects
- GCC experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must have handled at least 2 complete project lifecycles (inception to handover)
- Recent experience with a contractor is mandatory
- Leadership in managing a team of 4+ planners
2. Senior Planning Engineer (Civil / MEP / Façade)
- Experience: 8 to 13 years
- Must have worked on high-rise buildings and villa projects
3. Planning Engineer (Civil / MEP / Façade)
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Experience in high-rise buildings & villas is essential
4. MIS Engineer / Power BI Analyst
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in Power BI dashboard development
- Experience in the construction industry is mandatory
- Corporate office experience is preferred
🎓 Education Qualification:
- B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) OR
- B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) – Civil Engineering
