Open Positions (Head Office – Agra, UP)
1. General Manager – Finance & Accounts
- Qualification & Executive: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with 15-25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and audits (Infrastructure sector preferred)
- Key Knowledge / Responsibilities: Corporate finance management, budgeting taxtions, compliance, MIS reporting, fund flow management, cost control and liaison with banks / auditors.
2. Deputy General Manager – Building Divison
- Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) with 15-20 years of experience in Building Projects, preferably with exposure to Head Office Coordination roles.
- Key Knowledge / Responsibilities: Project mounting, planning, coordination with site teams, tender preparation, contract management, client interaction, progress review, MIS reporting.
3. Project Coordinator – Building Divison
- Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Civil) with 8-12 years of experience in HO-based coordination of multiple building projects.
- Key Knowledge / Responsibilities: Coordination between HO and sites, planning, scheduling, project monitoring, progress reports, billing follow-up, documentation and stakeholder communication.
4. Senior Engineer – MEP
- Qualification & Experience: B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) with 8-12 years of experience in MEP design, execution and coordination.
- Key Knowledge/ Responsibilities: MEP design review, material planning, vendor coordination, technical evaluation, quality checks and support to tendering and project teams.
5. AGM / Senior Manager – Store & Inventory
- Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Material Management with 15-20 years of experience in central store/inventory management (corporate Level)
- Key Knowledge / Responsibilities: Centralized inventory control, material reconciliation, ERP reporting, vendor coordination and audit compliance for multiple project sites.
