Available Positions: 

Ref No. SP01 – PROJECT MANAGER (3 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech / BE – Civil
• 18-25 years (15 years GCC) experience in Villas / Multi Storey / High Rise building with high finish
• Should have completed min. 2 projects completed lifecycle
• Ability to understand the entrie life cycle of a project on an end-to-end basis, knowledge of General Construction Methods, Technology and Practices.

Ref No. SP02 – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (5 No’s) / PROJECT ENGINEER (10 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech/B.E – Civil
• Construction Manager – 15-18 years (10 yrs GCC) / Project Engineer – 8-12 years (8 yrs GCC) with experience In Villas / Multi Storey / High Rise Building with high finishes.
• Ability to understand the entrie life cycle of a project on an end-to-end basis. Knowledge of General Construction Methods, Technology and Practices.

Ref No. SP03 – PLANNING SR./ENGINEER (10 No’s)

• Full Time B.Tech / B.E – Civil/NICMAR preferred
• 10-12 years (5 years GCC) experience in Multi Storey / High Rise building with high finishes.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 mandatory

Ref No. SP04 – DESIGN COORDINATOR – STRUCTURAL  / ARCHITECT (8 No’s)

• Full Time B.Tech / B.E – Civil / Architecture / Structural Engineer
• 8-12 years (5 years GCC) experience in Multi Storey / High Rise building with high finishes.
• Knowledge of design in a range of disciplines related to architecture and structural engineering.

Ref No. SP05 – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (5 No’s)

• Full Time B.Tech / B.E – Civil/RICS certified
• 15-18 years (10 years GCC) experience in Multi Storey / High Rise building.
• Should have knowledge of Sub-contract billing.

Ref No. SP06 – COST CONTROL ENGINEER (5 No’s)

• Full Time B.Tech / B.E – Civil/RICS certified
• 7-10 years (10 years GCC) experience in  multi storey / High Rise building.
• Should have knowledge of productivity

Ref No. SP07 – COMMERCIAL MANAGER (3 No’s)

• Full Time B.Tech / B.E – Civil/RICS certified
• 15-18 years (10 years GCC) experience in  Multi storey / High Rise building.
• Should have knowledge of EOT, Claims, Variations, Subcontract billing.

Ref No. SP08 – SCAFFOLDING MANAGER (2 No’s)

• Full Time B.Tech / B.E – Civil
• 15-20 years (10 years GCC) experience in  building construction companies.
• Should have knowledge of scaffolding methodology in high-rise towers and villa projects.
