Ref No. SP01 – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (10 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech/B.E – Civil
• 20-25 years of experience in Villas/Hospitals / Multi Stores / High Rise building with high finish. Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Ability to understand the entire life cycle of a project on end-to-end basis. Knowledge of General Construction Methods, Technology and Practices.

Ref. No. SP02 – PROJECT ENGINEER (20 No’s) / SITE ENGINEER (30 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech/B.E – Civil
• Project Engineer – 15-18 yrs (8 years Gulf) / Site Engineer – 8-12 yrs (5 years Gulf) with experience in Villas/Hospital/Multi storey / High Rise building with high finish.
• Ability to understand the entire life cycle of a project on end-to-end basis. Knowledge of General Construction Methods, Technology and Practices.

Ref No. SP03 – PLANNING ENGINEER (8 No’s) / QUALITY SURVEYOR (10 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech/BE – Civil/NICMAR
• Planning Engineer – 6-9 years (3 years Gulf) / Quantity Surveyor – 8-12 yrs (5 years Gulf) with experience in Villas/Hospital/Multi storey / High Rise Building with high finish.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 mandatory for planning.

Ref No. SP04 – QA/QC ENGINEER (20 No’s) / SAFETY ENGINEERS (20 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech/B.E – Civil/Diploma Civil
• 8-12 years of experience in Villas/Hospital / Multi storey / High Rise Building with high finish. Minimum 5 Years Gulf experience is mandatory.
• NEBOSH & IOSH certification mandatory for Safety.

Ref No. SP05 – ARCHITECT (5 No’s) / DRAUGHTSMAN (20 No’s)

• Full time B.Tech/B.E – Civil/Architecture / Structural
• 10-15 (5 years Gulf) – Architect/5-10 Draughtsman (Civil/Arch) years of experience in Villas / Hospital / Multi storey / High Rise Building with high finish.
• Knowledge of design in a range of disciplines related to architecture and engineering handling large volume of drawings.
