Designation: AGM/DGM – Finance & Accounts

Location: Hyderabad

Desired Profile: CA with 12-18 years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts; Recent experience in construction industry preferred; Capable of handling business turnover of INR 700+ Crore

The details are as follows:-

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting and Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with IND-AS, Financial Monitoring.
• Taxation and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance, including direct and indirect taxes, withholding tax, GST; Conduct tax audits, coordinate with tax authorities, and resolve and tax-related issues.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, Monitor and track budget utilization, providing various analysis and recommendations for cost control.
• Internal Controls and Audit: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
• SAP Financial Management: Utilize SAP software for financial management, including general ledger, accounts, payable / receivable, and asset management modules; ensure accurate data entry, reconciliation and reporting within the SAP.

Desired Experience Profile:

• Well versed with the working of Finance & Accounts under SAP environment including finalization of books of accounts.
• Should have worked on IND-AS provisions and fair knowledge of indirect and direct tax.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, taxation, and compliance, Preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to drive descision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
