Job Details:

• Designation: HR Officer / Assistant Manager – HR
• Location: Udaipur (Head Office)
• Industry: Construction (Road & Highway)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR compliance for construction sites (contract labour, BOCW, EPF, ESIC, etc)
• Handle labour law audits and statutory documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for manpower compliance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication with interanal teams.

Candidates Profile

• Experience: Prior experience in construction industry HR is essential
• Skills: Strong documentation, compliance, and communication skills.
• Location Preference: Candidates from Udaipur or those willing to relocate.
• Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
