PNC Infratech Limited is inviting applications for the position of Sr. Manager Billing (QS) for a 5-star hotel construction project in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee financial aspects of the hotel’s construction and capital expenditure.
- Focus on cost control, accurate billing, and vendor management through quantity surveying principles.
- Work with architectural and engineering drawings to quantify materials and prepare BOQ (Bills of Quantities).
- Manage project budgets for hotel fit-outs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare client and vendor invoices, process claims, and manage variations.
- Ensure financial compliance to maintain profitability.
