1. Civil Engineer (High Rise Building)
- No. of Vacancies: 05
- Experience: Min. 6 Years
- Qualification: UG – B.Tech/B.E in Civil.
- Industry Type: Engineering & Construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project from planning to completion.
- Oversee construction on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standard
- Prepare quantity estimates.
2. Billing Engineer
- No. of Vacancies: 05
- Experience: Min. 5 years in billing within the real estate of construction industry.
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and reconciliation statements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS World for Documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work with site engineers and contractors ensure smooth billing process.
3. Purchase Manager
- No. of Vacancies: 05
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP system and Procurement Software.
- Knowledge of construction materials and cost analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project.
