DIVISON HEAD (BUILDINGS)

📍Designation: GM & Above

• Department: Projects
• Role: Permanent
• Experience: 20+ years
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Qualification: M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Additional Preference: MBA & relevant management course

Job Description: Dynamic and results-driven Division Head with 20+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management.

• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the Health BDA (Bangalore Development Authority). Industrial Buildings, and Housing sectors. Skilled in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure. While also ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Expert in cross functional team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making.
• Recognised for driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

DIVISION HEAD (INFRA)

• Department: Projects
• Role: Permanent
• Experience: 20+ years
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Qualification: M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Additional Preference: MBA & relevant management course.

Job Description: Dynamic and results-driven Division Head with 20+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management.

• Proven track record of successful leading and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Airports, METROs, Flyovers and other Infra. Skilled in managing all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution and closure. While also ensuring strict standards to timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Currently spearheading multiple end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellence in cross functional team Coordination, stakeholder communication and strategic decision -making
• Recognised for driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
