4. Job Description

a. Experience Requirements.

– Experience in power distribution schemes like RDSS, DDUGJY, RGGVY, IPDS, FSP

– Execution of 33/11 KV HT/LT and Substations

– Leading teams and handling multiple sites

– Survey experience with GPS and other instruments

b. Technical Skills.

– Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating technical drawings

c. Management Skills.

– Project management, quality assurance, safety, team leadership

– Handling petty cash, onboarding, and HR coordination

d. Additional Requirements.

– Own 2-wheeler and Driving License
