We are seeking candidates for the Assam & Karnataka Project.
✅Senior Manager – P&M [02 No’s]
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10-14 years of experience in plant and machinery management for large highway projects.
- Responsible for efficient development, maintenance, and optimum utilization of equipment across sites.
- Drive control over operating costs including repairs, spares, and fuel consumption.
- Work closely with site teams, procurement, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations and equipment availability.
✅Senior Manager – Liaisoning [02 No’s]
- Graduate with 10-14 years of strong experience in Liaisoning with goverment departmenta, NHAI, local authorities, and statutory bodies for infrastructure projects.
- Handle all Approvals, permits, land Acquisition matters, and right of way clearance.
- Ensure timely Coordination with authorites to avoid project delays and support smooth execution at site.
✅Manager – Planning & Billing [02 No’s]
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10-14 years of experience in planning and billing for highway projects.
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
- Manage RA bills, client billing, variations Claims, and Reconciliation.
- Monitor progress against targets, identify delays, and support corrective action.
- Working knowledge of SAP software is mandatory.
✅Assistant Manager – Accounts [04 No’s]
- B.Com or M.Com with 6-9 years of experience in handling site accounts for infrastructure projects.
- Manage vendor Bills, payments, expense Control, and day-to-day accounting. Ensure GST compliance, TDS deductions and basic statutory, requirements.
- Maintain books of accounts, support audits, and coordinate with the HO finance team for monthly closing and reporting.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP software is mandatory.
✅Deputy Manager – HR & Admin [02 No’s]
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management with 10-14 years of experience in Project-based HR and administration.
- Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labor law requirements at site.
- Dversee administration including accommodation, transport, and site facilities, Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and overall workforce management.
