2. Key Responsibilities
a. MEP Coordination
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
– 10+ years of experience, especially in MEP coordination for healthcare facilities.
– Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
b. Service Coordination
– Coordinate electrical systems with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and medical equipment services for seamless integration.
c. Team Collaboration
– Work closely with architects, contractors, and service engineers to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
d. Compliance & Safety
– Ensure all MEP systems comply with healthcare industry standards and safety protocols.
e. Project Management
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on efficiency and quality.
