MaRS Planning & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is inviting qualified and passionate professionals to join their team for Urban Water Supply Projects in Lohargada and Gumla, Jharkhand. The company is seeking experienced candidates for multiple engineering and specialist positions.

Open Positions

1. Structural Engineer

• Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design using STAAD Pro or equivalent software, preferably for large-scale Urban Water Supply Projects.

2. Environmental Specialist

• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Science & Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), supervision, and monitoring of at least five similar projects (Water Supply, Drainage, Sewerage). Must be familiar with environmental safeguard requirements of international funding agencies such as the World Bank.

3. Social Specialist

• Qualification: M.A. / Ph.D. in Sociology, Social Work, or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in social sector projects, including at least one World Bank or similar international finance institution–funded project. Must be well-versed in social safeguard assessment, relevant legislations, and implementation challenges of safeguard action plans.

4. Site Engineer cum Billing Engineer

• Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in execution of large Urban Water Supply Projects. Should have strong skills in measurement, documentation, and preparation of executed quantity records ensuring clarity and accuracy for review.

5. Quality Engineer

• Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in execution and quality monitoring of Urban Water Supply Projects. Should maintain detailed documentation and ensure transparency in quality verification.
