L&T Hydrocarbon is looking for a seasoned Resident Construction Manager (RCM) to lead site execution for major hydrocarbon and pipeline projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in civil and mechanical construction, specially within the Oil & Gas and hydrocarbon sectors.

Position: Resident Construction Manager (RCM) – Civil & Mechanical

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15 to 30 years of experience in construction management within oil & gas, hydrocarbon, or pipeline projects.
• Proven track record as a Construction Manager or RCM on large EPC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of construction codes, safety norms, and QA/QC practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, Procurement, and Sub-contractors to drive project milestones.
• Oversee civil and mechanical works including structural, piping, and equipment erection.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and project specifications.
• Manage site teams, resolve technical issue, and maintain client relations.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure cost control.
