- Manage end-to-end O&M of Solar PV plants.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot faults, and reduce downtime.
- Lead site teams and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with SCADA, vendors & DISCOMs
- Drive preventive maintenance & reporting.
