Designation: Manager / Engineer

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Relevant Experience: High Rise Building / Villa Projects

Department: Execution / Finishing / Rebar / Planning / Billing / QAQC / EHS / Formwork / Commercial / Stores / P&M

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil (Full Time)
Project Location: Goa – Civil SBU

Roles:

Site Execution: Experience in managing Mivan construction activities, ensuring timely progress and coordination among teams.
Finishing: Experience in managing all aspects of finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and false ceiling etc.
Rebar: Experience in managing all aspects of rebar works including cutting, bending, placing, binding, bar scheduling and Coordination with Structural draiwngs for Reinforcement placement at sites.
Billing, Cost Management & Commercial: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, client billing procedures and Site commercial.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in tools like MS Project, or Primavera for effective project timeless.
Quality Assurance & Control: Knowledge of QA/QC Process, including inspection and test plans and adherence to quality standards.
EHS: Understanding of EHS protocols, risk assessment, and compliance with safety regulations. Mandatory: ADIS/PDIS from SBTET
Formwork: Technical experience in system, module & monolithic formwork.
