• EHS (Environment, Health and Safety)
• QA/QC 
• Formwork Specialist

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 15 years (relevant experience in buildings & industrial projects only)
• Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical (Full-time only)
• Mandatory for EHS Roles: ADIS/PDIS certification from SBTET

Roles:

• Site Execution & Coordination: Experience in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring timely progress and coordination among teams.
• Billing & Cost Management: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and client billing procedures.
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Primavera for effective project timelines.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Knowledge of QA/QC processes, including inspection and test plans and adherence to qualify standards.
• EHS: Understanding of EHS protocols, risk assessment and compliance with safety regulations. Mandatory: ADIS/PDIS from SBTET
• Formwork: Technical expertise in system, modular & monolithic formwork.
