Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years (Relevant experience in High Rise Building Projects is mandatory)
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil (Full Time)
- Project Location: Pan India (Civil SBU)
Role Description:
- Site Execution: Mivan construction, site progress, and team coordination.
- Finishing: Plastering, painting, tilling, flooring, false ceiling.
- Rebar: BBS, rebar fixing, drawing interpretation
- Billing & Commercial: BOQ, rate analysis, client billing
- Planning: MS Project / Primavera scheduling and reporting
- QA/QC: Inspection protocols, test plans, quality standards
- EHS: Safety audits, risk assessment, ADIS/PDIS (SBTET mandatory)
- Formwork: Modular, system, monolithic formwork (Mivan preferred)
- Stores / P&M: Site, material management and machinery Coordination.
Walk-In Drive at Mumbai;
- Dates: 19th – 20th July 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
- Time: 08:30 AM to 03:00 PM
- Venue: Hotel Orchid, T1, 70-C, Nehru Rd, Near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Navpada, Vile Parle Mumbai – 400099
