• Qualification: Graduate / MBA
• Experience: Min. 17 years of exp.

2. Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – BD

• Qualification: Graduate / MBA
• Experience: Min. 6 to 10 years relevant work exp.

Job Description:

• Leading Buisness Development for diverse infrastructure sector (Road & Highways, Building, Metro, Railways, Airports, Bridges, Tunnel, Solar Power Projects, T&D etc.)
• Pre-Bid Meetings with government departments, ensuring compliance and quality, Analysis of markets, industry trends and competitors.
• JV partnership domestically and internationally, finalizing legal JV agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal Documents compliance as per RFP standards.

3. Designation: Company Secretary

• Qualification: Qualified CS from ICSI, Additional Law Degree Preferred
• Experience: Min. 12+ years of Exp. in Infrastructure/Construction/EPC.

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with an statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other relevant legislation. Manage Board and General Meetings, draft agendas, minutes and resolutions.
• Handle legal affairs, including contracts, litigations, regulatory filings, and liaising with legal advisor. Advice the Board on corporate governance best practices.
• In-depth understanding of corporate laws, legal frameworks, and compliance management. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
