1. Manager / Senior Manager – Maintenance
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–20 Years
Key Skills:
- Lead maintenance of CNC/manual machines and EOT/mobile cranes
- SOP development, ISO documentation, and safety compliance
- Zero breakdown planning and execution
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong technical & interpersonal skills
2. Manager – Planning
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy Engineering
- Experience: 10–15 Years
Key Skills:
- Production planning and cross-department coordination
- Inventory monitoring and data-driven optimization
- End-to-end structural fabrication knowledge
- Process improvement and stakeholder reporting
