– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil). Experience in high-rise buildings on an EPC basis. Knowledge of Primavera/MSP is a must. 5-7 years.
2. Cost Engineer
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil). Experience in high-rise buildings on an EPC basis. Experience in cost evaluation/tracking of project costs. 7-10 years.
3. Commercial Engineer
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil). Knowledge of the latest building architectural items. 7-10 years.
4. Execution Engineer – Civil
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil). Experience in the construction of high-rise buildings with deep basements and modular formwork. 7-10 years.
5. Execution Engineer – Mech
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Mech). Experience in building HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing systems. 7-10 years.
6. Execution Engineer – Elec
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Elec). Experience in internal and electrical works for high-rise residential and commercial building projects. 7-10 years.
7. Finishing Engineers
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil). Experience in building architectural finishing and façade works. 15 years.
8. Finishing Supervisor
– Qualification and Experience: ITI. Experience in building architectural finishing and façade works. 15 years.
9. MEP Procurement
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Mech/Elec). Experience in procurement of MEP items for building projects. 10-12 years.
10. MEP-QS Engineer
– Qualification and Experience: B.E/B.Tech (Elec). Experience in MEP billing. 10-12 years.
11. Inventory-MEP (Stores Controller)
– Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate. Experience in MEP inventory/stores management. 10-12 years.
