5. Job ResponsibilitiesA – Analyze and design reinforced concrete and steel buildings with stepped foundations for hilly terrain/mountains.
B – Review and approve designs and drawings prepared by design consultants.
C – Provide necessary inputs to consultants as per requirements.
D – Use STAAD PRO (Connect Version), ETABS, and SAFE software.
E – Apply Indian Standard Codes for concrete and steel design, including seismic provisions and ductile detailing of RCC buildings.
F – Check drawings using AutoCAD software.
G – Ensure compliance and site coordination as required by the client.
H – Knowledge of Revit software is an added advantage.
