Hiring CA/CS for Lucknow H.O. at APCO Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
- Accounting and preparation of financial statements (quarterly & annual) under IND AS compliance.
- Monthly closing of books of accounts.
- Monthly MIS reporting.
- Coordination with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
B. Tax Responsibilities:
- Coordination with tax consultants for direct tax assessments.
- Filing ITR, SFT returns, and handling tax audit submissions.
- Reply to notices, handle rectifications, and manage refunds.
C. Required Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, ICDS, and tax audits.
- Proficient in SAP.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have completed the final groups of CA.
2. Company Secretary (CS)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
A. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting minutes, agendas, resolutions, and legal documents.
- Maintaining various registers as required by the Companies Act, 2013.
- Filing e-forms with necessary annexures.
B. Statutory and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Handling XBRL filing of annual accounts and cost records.
- Liaising with ROC, MCA, and other statutory authorities.
C. Required Expertise:
- Competence in drafting and compliance.
- Must have completed the final groups of CS.
