Role:
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Labour and Sub-contractor coordination
- Quality, safety, and progress monitoring
3. Truck / Scorpio Drivers
Role:
- Safe operation of company vehicles
- Material and staff transportation
- Compliance with site and safety rules
4. JCB Operator
Role:
- JCB operation for excavation and earthwork
- Equipment handling and basic maintenance
- Coordination with site engineers and supervisors
