Department: QA & QC
Experience: 16 to 25 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
CTC – 25 to 40 LPA
Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Job Description –

To lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function for the Elevated metro project, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, URC / IS / EN standards and achieving zero-defect construction through robust quality systems, audits, inspections, and continues improvement.
Establish, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with ISO 9001 and Employers Quality Requirements.
Oversee quality control of Sub-structure and superstructure works.
Approve and monitor material sources, mix designs, and vendor qualifications.
Ensure proper functioning of site and central laboratories.
Ensure timely raising, tracking, closure, and analysis of NCRs.
Act as single-point contact for quality matters with client, consultants & vendors.
Ensure proper maintenance of quality records.
Plant and conduct Internal quality audits and management reviews.
Lead and mentor the project QA/QC team.
